at up to (typically)-18% from "Rap Price".
Remember that the Rapaport Diamond Report does not
include cut, so get your jeweller to compare the other
factors on the grading certificate and explain them

does the Rapaport Diamond Report Mean For Jewellers? |
Whoever
is closer to a source of wholesale diamonds will obviously
get a bigger discount off the Rapaport list. Diamond wholesalers
generally pay around 30% below list and jewellery stores
may pay around 20% below.

does the Rapaport Diamond Report Mean For The Consumer? |

final customer may pay the full price of the diamond as
listed on the Rapaport list or at the very most -18%. But
